Murphy, C: 3 for 6, 3 R, 2 HR, 9 RBI, 2 K – yeah, so that’s a big game … 9 RBI is definitely a DotF record, in fact I don’t ever remember seeing anyone top seven … he hit the first River Dogs grand slam in over two years … he’s now 16 for his last 42 (.381) with two long balls … he’s also got an ~.800 OPS since the All Star break
Kyle Higashioka, DH: 2 for 4, 1 R, 1 RBI, 2 BB, 2 K – 13 for his last 25 (.520), though there was a two week disabled list stint mixed in
Neil Medchill, LF & Emerson Landoni, 2B: both 1 for 6 – Medchill drove in three & K’ed twice … Landoni doubled, drove in a run, came around to score, K’ed & committed a throwing error
