Opening Day Eve Open Thread

The first game of the 2018 regular season is less than 24 hours away. The Yankees open the new season tomorrow afternoon against the Blue Jays, and they’ve already announced their starting lineup:

1. LF Brett Gardner
2. RF Aaron Judge
3. DH Giancarlo Stanton
4. C Gary Sanchez
5. CF Aaron Hicks
6. SS Didi Gregorius
7. 3B Brandon Drury
8. 2B Neil Walker
9. 1B Tyler Austin

And of course Luis Severino will be the mound. Can’t wait. I can’t remember the last time I was this excited for a season. Maybe 2009?
