RHP Freicer Perez, who has been on the High-A Tampa disabled list since May 9th, has resumed throwing and should return in a few weeks, reports Mark Sanchez. Perez is out with shoulder inflammation. The 22-year-old had a 7.20 ERA (6.01 FIP) with nearly as many walks (19) as strikeouts (20) in 25 innings before landing on the disabled list.
