IF Abi Avelino and RHP Mike King were named the Double-A Eastern League Player of the Week and Pitcher of the Week, respectively. Avelino went 11-for-21 (.524) with a double, two homers, four walks, and two strikeouts last week. King went struck out eleven in a three-hit shutout.
Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (6-2 win over Buffalo)
- LF Tyler Wade: 2-5, 1 R, 1 2B, 1 K — threw a runner out at the plate
- RF Clint Frazier: 2-4, 2 R, 1 HR, 2 RBI — three homers in his last dozen games
- 1B Ryan McBroom: 2-4, 1 R, 1 RBI, 1 K, 1 CS — 7-for-14 with two doubles and a homer since coming back up from Trenton to replace the injured 1B Tyler Austin

- LF Alex Palma: 1-4, 2 K — left the game after colliding with Castillo on a fly ball … Nick Flammia says Palma had to be taken off the field in an ambulance, so apparently it was a pretty serious collision … hopefully he’s okay … Castillo did remain in the game

- RF Isiah Gilliam: 2-4, 1 R, 1 2B, 1 K
- 1B Steven Sensley: 0-4, 2 K, 1 E (missed catch) — four games at first base and one game in the outfield since coming up from Charleston
